Contract
Our business was founded 25 years ago on the provision of bespoke soft furnishings to the hotel industry and not so long after we experienced the rapid growth of our contracts flooring division. As a result, we have invaluable experience and knowledge in commercial and contract interiors. The contract division here at Modus can oversee commercial projects of any size, requiring Curtains and blinds, flooring, lighting and Lutron lighting controls, bespoke furniture and joinery. We also offer a full interior design/ project management service working alongside handpicked skilled tradesmen.
Flooring
At Modus we have a contract flooring division with a dedicated manager. CIS registered we undertake larger flooring contracts for hoteliers, local authorities, HM Prison and Immigration, housing associations, schools, the MOD, other government agencies, commercial clients and main building contractors. We supply and fit contract quality carpet, carpet tiles, barrier matting and sheet vinyl safety flooring.
